ABOUT
Christine and Tiffany's connection to youth sports runs deep. In their twenties, while working in youth sports, CAC co-founders Christine and Tiffany met, and began a friendship that would ultimately come full circle with the creation of Centered Athletics Collective.
They believe sport can be one of life’s greatest teachers. Beyond friendships, fitness, and healthy habits, athletics continually asks us to learn about ourselves—our mindset, our role on a team, our limitations, our potential, our resilience, and our capacity to grow.
Having experienced youth sports as athletes, coaches, parents, and professionals, Christine and Tiffany have watched the landscape become increasingly commercialized and performance-driven. They believe some of the soul of sport has been lost along the way. Through CAC, Christine and Tiffany are committed to putting the person back at the center of the sports ecosystem—creating environments where human development and performance strengthen one another.
Centered Athletics Collective (CAC) was founded by two women whose connection to athletics runs deep. In their twenties, Tiffany Fong and Christine Treveloni, met while working in youth sports and began a friendship that would come full circle with the creation of the CAC.
Tiffany and Christine are athletes, coaches, parents, and professionals, who believe sport can be one of life's greatest teachers. Beyond friendships, fitness, fun, and healthy habits, athletics continually asks us to learn about ourselves - our mindset, our role, our limitations, our potential, our resilience, and our capacity to grow.
The athletics landscape has become increasingly commercialized and performance-driven, losing some of the soul of sport along the way. Through CAC, Tiffany and Christine are committed to putting the person back at the center at the sports ecosystem - creating environments where human development and performance strengthen one another.
The heart of the work is helping people do the inner work - understanding who you are and what drives you directly affects how you show up. We coach athletic directors, coaches, players, parents, and officials, to show up from your center, grounded in who you are and intentional in how you lead yourself and others.
Being involved in sport is incredibly rewarding and we are there to help you! Let's work together to build a sports culture worth growing up in.
